There’s little to nothing in terms of fun sources of protein for vegetarians across India. But Hello Tempayy endeavours to fix that by introducing tempeh to the menu. Our task was to introduce this unfamiliar ingredient to a hesitant audience and educate them on its properties and potential on the plate. And we did just that. Because tempeh is anything but boring and prescriptive, we created a curious, colourful world that built intrigue around this little ingredient and showed just how versatile it is.
